"ME" LINE  (with expanding mandrels)
Automatic belling machines suitable for building, sewerage and pressure pipes, length from 1000 to 6000 mm.

• The socket may be:
  SMOOTHED (for solvent cemented sockets) by steel mandrel and external mould.
  SHAPED (for rubber gasket connection) by blowing mandrel and mould.
  SHAPED (for rubber gasket connection) by external compressed air and internal expanding mandrel.
• The "ME" expanding mandrels are designed to avoid rubbing of the moving parts and to prevent wear.
  They are SELF CLEANING and QUICK TO REPLACE. Belling of pipes having a different thickness (same Ø) obtained with one tooling.
• Possibility of belling pipes of different lengths alternatively.
• Heating at infrared irradiation units, effected in double oven at independent working (longer heating time and therefore better plasticization on the whole thickness).
• Fast cooling of the socket by forced inlet of freezing mixture (closed circuit, mad of stainless material) outside the socket and passage of air inside the mandrel.
  VERY LOW WATER CONSUMPTION.
• Programmable keyboard to set the working data. It is possible to store the working parameters, including the self - adjustments of the machine (optional).
• Auto - diagnostic system, for fast finding out of the working anomalies.
