Automatic palletizators prearranging the packing of pipes from 2000 to 6000 mm in length.

• Operating cycle:
  - collection of the pipes (one at a time) from the belling machine and automatic clamping;
  - lifting of each pipe at over 2 m in height;
  - rotation at 180° alternating pipes to obtain opposite sockets;
  - positioning of the pipes on proper supports which, once reached the predetermined number of pipes, lay them down in «strata» in the container below (already arranged
  with suitable wood supports).
• Microprocessor programmable by a keyboard to determine:
  - kind of pallet (single or double alignment of the pipe ends);
  - number of pipes for each row;
  - number of rows (strata) to complete the pallet;
  - total number of pallets done.
• Possibility of palletization even producing pipes in two different lengths (alternatively).
• Luminous and acoustic signal of filled trolley.
• Fully automatic adjustement.
