In this page we describe how we manage this website, with reference to the processing of personal data of the users who consult it.

This is an information notice, pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation 16/679 (hereinafter also, for the sake of brevity, "GDPR") for the services and web pages of the site accessible electronically from the address: www.ipm-italy.it  corresponding to the home page of the site.

The information is provided exclusively in relation to the present website and cannot be extended to other sites or pages, that are not belonging to the site itself. For eventual other pages or sites, consulted by the user through links found on our site,  it is necessary to consult the relative privacy policies.

Type of personal data acquired and purposes of processing 

Navigation or usage data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, these data will be therefore collected automatically when using this application.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI / URL addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), the cookies for which it is possible to consult the attached cookie policy, and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's IT environment including system logs and maintenance. 

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

  • obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
  • detect user preferences and personal interests strictly related to the services requested by him;
  • check the correct functioning of the services offered.


Data shared by the user :  the visitor / user is not required to enter any personal data on the site, with the exception of the data required to fill in the forms in the CONTACTS area ("Contact us" and "Work with us" and in the form for subscribing to the company newsletter. In the listed forms, if filled in, at the user's free choice, there is a dedicated privacy policy.

The owner will process such data to provide the requested service in accordance with the indications of this Privacy Policy and the specific information provided during the registration phase.

Data relating to users who forward requests for information may also be sent to the e-mail address indicated on the site, info@ipm-italy.it; such data will be used using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational and logical methods strictly related to the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested by the owner or in some cases by the subjects involved in the organization of the owner's activity and appointed by him (administrative staff, assistants, commercial staff or IT system administrators).

The owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent any unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of such personal data.

Legal basis of the processing 

The legal basis for the processing of the data communicated by you through the compilation of the forms is represented by the need of a contractual nature (request for assistance or sale of spare parts), or potentially pre-contractual expressed by sending the question and / or request for information, quotes or orders, or sending applications for open job positions.

The legal basis for the processing of data communicated by you for registration in the company newsletter is represented by your express consent to be included in the same.

Recipients or any categories of recipients of the data

The navigation data are handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or spread.

The personal data voluntarily provided by users / visitors who forward requests for information or informative material, or requests of any other kind, are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and will not be disclosed outside the company context, they will be processed by the staff of the owner who acts on the basis of specific instructions provided by the same regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

The personal data collected from the form in the "work with us" area will be used exclusively by internal company staff involved in the personnel selection process for open job positions, and will not be communicated or spread externally.

The updated list of data processors can always be requested from the Data Controller at any time.


Retention period 

The data communicated by the user for registration in the contact area are kept for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

The data relating to self-applications received in the human resources area will be managed according to the dedicated privacy policy and in any case kept for a maximum of 1 year.

The navigation data are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the Authority).

The data communicated for registration to the newsletter will be kept until the request for cancellation from the user.

Optionality of the supply of data 

The provision of data by users / visitors to the site is always optional; however, in case of failure to transmit the data requested in the forms, and marked as mandatory, IPM s.r.l. will not be able to provide the user with the information or services requested from time to time. Specific summary information will eventually be reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

Rights of interested parties 

The users to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Articles. 15-21 of EU Regulation 679/16, that is to say: access data concerning them, obtain rectification, cancellation, limitation, oppose in whole or in part their processing by contacting the Data Controller of the same, requests are processed by the holder free of charge, as soon as possible, in any case within a maximum term of one month.

Right of complaint: interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
