Pursuant to art. 13 and art. 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR


The European Regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR) in articles 13 and 14, paragraphs 1, imposes the obligation to inform the interested party, in case of direct and indirect collection of his data, on the basical foundations of the treatment, specifying them in § 1, lett. a/f.

  • Execution of obligations deriving from a contract or a pre-contractual relationship

  • Management of any eventual dispute (breach of contract; notices; transactions; debt collection; arbitration; legal disputes);


The legal basis of the relationship is based: 

  • on a contractual or pre-contractual requirement
  • on a legal obligation to which the undersigned company is subject


The categories of the processed data are: personal data (identification data and contact data, necessary data for accounting and tax purposes)

The source from which the aforementioned data are originate can be:

  • direct collection from the interested party
  • collection from public registers, lists, deeds or documents publicly known
  • collection from third parties (e.g. sales agents, Engineering IPM S.r.l., etc)


The recipients or categories of recipients are:

  • public entities, postal entity or other mail delivery companies
  • banks and credit institutions and debt collection companies
  • law firms and insurance companies
  • carriers and transport companies
  • IT equipment maintenance/repair companies and internet and web service providers
  • professional firms and/or companies and/or associations of companies and entrepreneurs that provide certain accounting and/or tax services, etc.
  • agents in charge of promoting the company's products in the assigned markets and on the sales networks
  • dealers and distributors
  • companies with which the company collaborates or which are involved in parts of the work necessary for the execution of the contract


Additional information necessary to guarantee correct and transparent treatment: your data are kept on a server located in the European Union and the owner complies the appropriate security measures to prevent any unauthorized: access, disclosure, modification, destruction or use of such personal data.

In the event of a transfer outside the EEA, it is ensured that it offers an adequate level of security and protection by entering into appropriate data protection agreements or, in the absence thereof, by means of standard contractual clauses, as approved by the European Commission.


The retention period of personal data relating to potential customers:

  • Pre-contractual treatments aimed at drafting the contract or the commercial offer:  5 years


The retention period of personal data relating to customers:

  • Contractual fulfillment and legal obligations:  10 years
  • Potentially treatable data in the context of a dispute: until the conclusion of the same


Rights of the interested party: we inform you of your right to ask us for access to your personal data, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of the processing of data concerning you, to oppose their treatment, portability of data, (pursuant to articles 15-22 GDPR). You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to art. 37 GDPR.

Nature of the provision of data: the communication of your data is mandatory by law and it is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the contract, therefore your refusal to communicate the data will make it impossible to fulfill the contract.
