EASY LINE socketing machine

Automatic socketing machine, basic version, suitable for building, sewage and pressure pipes, ranging from min. length 3000 mm up to max. length 6000 mm.

  • Heating through one oven by infrared irradiation;
  • Socket forming:
    • SMOOTH SOCKET (i.e. solvent cemented socket) by means of compressed air externally, and steel smooth mandrel internally;
    • SHAPED (suitable for the insertion of the rubber gasket) by means of compressed air externally, and by ME mandrel equipped with collapsible sectors internally.
  • Movements: pneumatic;
  • Safety protections: metal grids;
  • Fixed feet;
  • Back to the extruder, control panel on the left;
  • Color: RAL 7035;
  • NO optional;
  • NO customizing.
